This is a natural processed coffee. What does natural process mean? That after the exclusive handpicking of the ripe fruits, they are slowly dried in the sun for a minimum of 30 days at Finca Suita. The coffee fruits (cherries) are dried within their natural cover, which it is called pulp, this allows them to preserve and absorb the honey that the plant naturally developed and concentrated in each fruit, producing many coffee beans that when roasted and brewed, together becomes a cup of coffee with greater sweetness and its distinctive elegant character.
